In this role, youll oversee commercial sites across a mixed-use development in Birmingham, leading a team of 6 Multi-Skilled Engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a static position with no van required. Key Responsibilities Managing and supervising a team of 6 Multi-Skilled Engineers Overseeing daily operations across commercial sites within a mixed-use development Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities Acting as the main point of contact for client and on-site stakeholders Monitoring performance, reporting, and service delivery standards Requirements Proven experience within Facilities Management Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of commercial building services Excellent organisational and communication skills Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer £42,000-£43,000 per annum Static site role no van required Overtime paid at time and a half Sundays & Bank Holidays paid at double time Monday to Friday schedule no weekend standard working If you live in and around the Birmingham area, this could be the role for you.
