Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Test & Applications Engineering team, providing mentorship and technical direction.
Set team objectives and support the professional development and training of staff.
Ensure robust and traceable processes are established and followed, including:
Software development and version control
Test vector generation and management
Calibration procedures and test setup
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective, reliable test solutions.
Promote a structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to all testing and development activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven background in an RF test or RF design environment.
Strong experience with software development for testing applications.
Demonstrated capability in technical leadership and line management.
Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
