Position: Early Years Teacher – Maternity Cover (Full Time)
About the Role:
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that support early development and school readiness
* Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all children
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-centred learning
* A warm, positive approach that fosters curiosity, confidence, and independence
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
This is a full-time maternity cover position with the possibility of extension depending on school needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
