Hours per week: Shifts available: 8am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, 7 days per week. Please apply with your availability.
Hourly pay rate: £12.75 rising to £13.75 after two week trial

I am looking for caring individuals to join our friendly team and support a 34-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy. He has a good sense of humour and likes staying active and engaged.
About the Role:
You’ll provide support with all aspects of day-to-day care, including personal care tasks. He has quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and communicates via an eye-operated communication device.

* Enjoys swimming, boxing, yoga, and drama sessions
* Lives with a friendly family dog and chickens – animal lovers are essential!
* Values fun, laughter, and meaningful connections
What We’re Looking For:
* Patience, empathy, and a sense of humour
* Confidence using hoisting equipment safely
* Willingness to undertake food hygiene training if not already certified
* Ability to swim is a big plus

Candidate qualities:

Additional requirements
* Non‑smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
