A leading Region Contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their business. Traditionally specialising in a extensive variety of schemes on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Administrator
Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
Consistently update project trackers
General ad-hoc administrative duties
Routinely track training matrix's
Requirements for Administrator
Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
Understanding of ISO9001, ISO4001 & ISO45001
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
