Responsibilities: GDP (Good Distribution Practice) marking, logging, and filing to uphold industry standards. Logging and organizing IIP documents including probations and reviews for streamlined record-keeping. Maintaining a transparent and efficient filing system to facilitate easy access to critical documents. Recording safety observations to contribute to a safe working environment. Providing support to the GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) role to optimize procurement processes. Assisting with payroll-related tasks to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Key Details: This role is offered on a Temp-to-Perm basis, providing an opportunity for long-term career growth. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, fully on-site. Requirements: Previous experience in general administration and data entry preferred. Intermediate skills on all Microsoft Packages including Teams, Excel and Email programs. Confident compiling daily and weekly reports. Familiarity with GDP and IIP documentation processes beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential for maintaining accurate records. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. The pay rate for this role will be £11.66 per hour.
