Behaviour & SEN Support Assistant – Durham & Surrounding Areas Location: Durham (with some travel to nearby areas) Contract: Full time, long term Start: ASAP Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE) If you’ve got a calm presence and a knack for building strong relationships with pupils who need extra reassurance, this role will suit you brilliantly. You’ll join an autism-focused specialist setting where behaviour is supported through structure, co-regulation and understanding triggers.
