As the Home Manager at this brand-new home, you'll play a pivotal role in building a dedicated team, and establishing a strong foundation for exceptional care delivery. You'll be supported by a forward-thinking and experienced senior leadership team with a genuine passion for improving lives and creating warm, vibrant communities for older people. Key Responsibilities: Lead on recruitment, development, and day-to-day management of a high-performing care team Establish and maintain exceptional standards of person-centred care, with a particular focus on dementia Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and internal quality frameworks Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider community Manage home budgets effectively while maintaining quality and service excellence Promote a positive, inclusive culture that celebrates dignity, independence, and well-being About You: Experienced Home Manager with a proven track record in elderly and dementia care Holds a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent) A confident and compassionate leader who inspires and motivates others Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice in dementia care Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a resident-first mindset Salary: Offered in the region of £65,000 – £70,000pa Contract: 40hrs per week 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Please contact Neil at Bright Selection for more information.
