A leading residential and commercial property consultancy are recruiting for a Water Hygiene/Legionella Consultant to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments.

* Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with COSHH regulations / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / BS 8580 -1 2019
* Compiling schematic drawings, as well as producing final documents for clients/customers
* Providing recommendations for the elimination, reduction and management of risk
* Collating and producing comprehensive reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports
Key Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience of carrying out Legionella risk assessments and ideally from a Legionella Consultancy background
2. Suitable experience across multiple sectors is desirable (education / healthcare / commercial etc)
3. Suitable experience across multiple water system types is desirable (evaporative cooling / hot and cold water systems / spas and hot tubs / swimming pools
4. An approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification eg. City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc
5. A good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HTM 04- 01 & other relevant Guidance Documents
