This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm recognised for its excellence in delivering specialist legal services to a diverse client base, including major insurers, businesses, and individuals. As part of the ongoing strategic expansion of the firm’s Counter-Fraud department, they are seeking to appoint an Associate to take on a pivotal role within the team.

The successful individual will assume responsibility for managing a complex caseload of litigated counter-fraud matters, and will be instrumental in driving case strategy. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in Motor Fraud litigation and demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach. You will be expected to provide high-level client service, mentor junior team members where appropriate, and contribute meaningfully to the development of the team.

Candidate Profile:

* Experienced Solicitor / Litigation Executive handling a Motor Fraud caseload
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
* Excellent legal insight and attention to detail
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional and effective communicator with team members and clients

Benefits & Application Process:

* Competitive salary of up to £60,000, based on experience
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
* Flexible hybrid working options
* Private medical insurance
* Health cash plan
* Company pension scheme
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
* Clear paths for career progression

Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
