Excellent analytical and communication skills for problem-solving and insight delivery. **Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:** Own and prioritise requirements for optimal Adaptive Planning configuration.Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements. Drive change and continuous improvement through strong influencing skills. To successfully deliver technology solutions, it is essential to partner closely with Finance, the People Function, WF Planners, Senior Stakeholders, and the Global Process owner. This collaboration ensures alignment across strategic priorities, operational requirements, and governance standards, enabling seamless integration and value-driven outcomes. Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies: **Essential Skills:** Experience designing and building complex workforce planning models. Ability to communicate business value through presentations and demos. Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in business analysis techniques and full project lifecycle engagement. Strong project management and prioritisation skills. **Desired Skills:** Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies. Knowledge of Workday HCM and Recruitment modules.
