What will I be doing?
* Providing excellent customer service by advising and assisting members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials they deposit, which will involve:
* Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
* Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store materials correctly.
* Maintaining a tidy site within your areas of responsibility.
* Ensuring SUEZ fully complies with its legal duties regarding health, safety, and welfare of employees and others affected by your actions or omissions.
* Cooperating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with the site permit, all applicable legislation, and SUEZ Policies and Procedures.
* Performing any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job role.
What are the requirements?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can join the current site team to ensure operations exceed standards, with potential qualifications including IOSH health and safety.
What you will need is:
* Good customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
* Ideally, prior mobile plant use is desirable, but full training will be provided.
* A flexible approach to work is advantageous as you may need to cover holiday and sick days if required.
