An established contractor is seeking an experienced Electricianto join a large, fast-paced social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering properties across the Hastings area, including high-rise buildings. This is a secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established and expanding contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties
* Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes
* Work to agreed budgets and timescales
* Support site inspections and quality checks when required
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Essential Requirements:
* Must be a fully qualified electrician
* Must have 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification
* Must have 18th Edition Wiring Qualification
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience working within social housing
