The People Transformation Professional supports transformation and change project deliverables driven by local business priorities and the HR Portfolio process. This role provides support to People and Culture Business Partners and the wider Transformation and Change team, assisting with operational and time-bound projects by providing PMO support, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely, high-quality completion.

* Supports projects through all stages of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
* Builds and manages stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs and concerns to drive successful transformation outcomes.
* Communicates information clearly and effectively, tailored to specific audiences with a compelling narrative.
* Ensures products and processes are designed with accessibility and inclusion in mind.
* Implements change management activities to drive business value.
* Monitors data and analytics proactively to track progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Applies agile methodologies and behaviors in HR practices, promoting flexibility, collaboration, and prioritization.
* Leverages diversity of thought and inclusive thinking to maximize team, policy, and product effectiveness.


Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
* HR knowledge and experience in delivering change from an employee perspective.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
* Experience managing projects through all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
* Problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach.
* Proficiency in data analysis and a willingness to learn new skills, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
* Understanding of the following benefits and policies:
