Join Wirral Council's Environmental Health Service, which carries out a wide range of public protection duties including food safety, health and safety, pollution control, animal health, and shellfish bed classification. We are currently offering two opportunities for Environmental Health Officers to assist in delivering all statutory functions of the service.
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals capable of working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines, to provide high-quality services to the public, businesses, and external organizations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Sound knowledge of Environmental Health legislation
* Willingness or current pursuit of registration as a Registered Environmental Health Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
* Full Driving Licence
