We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join the team at Right Now Residential team. You'll take ownership of the full lettings process - from building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, to confidently negotiating offers and seeing them through to a successful key handover. Key Responsibilities
* Hosting and conducting professional property viewings across our portfolio of London developments
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings journey
* Registering and qualifying prospective tenants, and matching them to suitable properties with precision
* Managing the full offer process - from opening negotiations through to successful completion and key handover
* Providing an exceptional level of service that consistently exceeds client expectations
* Managing your pipeline with focus and organisation
* Staying up to date with market conditions to advise clients with confidence and authority
About You
* 1-2 years proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar residential estate agency role
* A solid understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, personable, and professional
* Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational ability
* A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the drive to see things through
