The Cleaning Services Worker II is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean all designated areas.
* Use and store equipment properly.
* Regularly check equipment and report deficiencies.
* Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
* Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
* Operate site washing machines for internal laundry when appropriate.
* Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policies.
* Report hazards to management.
* Handle customer comments or complaints according to company policy.
* Maintain high standards of clothing, footwear, headgear, and personal hygiene.
* Participate in training to improve performance.
* Suggest improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.
* Perform other reasonable instructions from management.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
