The Role
A Good-rated school in Redditch is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Maths Teacher to join their team from February 2026 on a long-term supply basis. The role involves teaching Mathematics across KS2 and KS3, delivering structured and engaging lessons that build strong numerical foundations and support smooth transition between key stages.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing pupil progress, and maintaining a positive and purposeful learning environment. This role is suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain valuable cross-phase experience within a supportive setting.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
* Have experience teaching Maths at KS2 and/or KS3
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and clear explanation skills
* Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management
* Be organised, reliable, and committed to pupil progress
