Procurement Coordinator

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our top clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Coordinator on an initial 12-month basis.
The Buyer will Support with Procurement activities in the Digital Design and Manufacturing Services and LeanProject Lifecycle Management.
What you'll be doing:
Manage Project tasks and Activities for Suppliers deployment
Manage and monitor supplier performance using performance KPIs, dashboard
Support activities where needed in supplier capacity and capability and performance to meet Project deployment objectives.
Support activities where needed- supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation
Support and manage project risks and registers.
Maintain close communication and coordination with the Project and Procurement operational and commercial teams
Project activities, inclusive of KPIs/reports/briefings for monitoring and reporting.
Ensure team engagement to maintain motivation and maximize organization efficiency to deliver the project.
About you:
Experience working in Procurement, Supply Chain and Administration environments.
Project planning and supplier management experience.
Understanding of Logistics flows, ERP and MRP systems
Commercial Awareness
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all functions/levels.
Ability to integrate well in a friendly team.
Motivated, positive and proactive approach to work.
