We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Ergonomist to join our vibrant team in Solihull, UK. This exciting position sits within the Health Partners Group, a hub of innovation and energetic ambition, known for our supportive workplace culture. You will be working on a 2-year fixed term contract basis, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, from 07:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 to 1 pm on Friday, making every weekend a long weekend! What you will do:
- Conduct ergonomics assessments both in physical workplaces and via relevant software, then report your findings comprehensively to customers.
- Deliver assessments and reports punctually, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Launch, and Current Manufacturing to ensure adherence to Production Ergonomics procedures and standards.
- Perform ergonomics assessment audits and efficiently manage follow-ups as per agreed requirements.
We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about ergonomics and possess the following:
- A relevant qualification in ergonomics, preferably to degree level.
- Proficient IT skills, with a knack for analysing and presenting data effectively using Microsoft Office and other systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong team player attitude, with the ability to foster good working relationships.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of independently managing daily projects.
- An interest in the automotive industry and its forward-thinking potential.
- A full, clean UK driving licence essential for travel across our client’s diverse sites.
