Job Description
About the Role:
As a Learning Centre Assistant, you will provide a high-quality cross college customer service focused provision and support learners in independent and collaborative study time. You will maintain a user-friendly and efficient learning environment whilst working with learners individually and in groups to provide support for their learning, development, and progression.
Further Information:
Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners. You will undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
It is recognized that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time, and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
