Marketing Communications Assistant
3-6 months Temporary Role
Location: Wallington, Surrey
Hybrid: 3 days in the office (core days Monday & Wednesday)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum DOEWe're looking for a Marketing Communications Officer to join a busy, creative team for a 3-6-month temporary role. You'll play a key part in delivering marketing and communications activity across digital and offline channels, supporting internal and external campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and to budget.
Collaborate with business development and regional teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and design.
Contribute to campaign reporting and analytics to measure success and inform future activity.
Support internal communications, including intranet updates and e-newsletters.
Monitor social media channels and assist with ad hoc marketing activityAbout You
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Solid understanding of marketing best practices, including digital and social media.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with email tools such as Mailchimp and CMS platforms.
Good eye for design with experience using Canva or InDesign.
Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.Qualifications & Experience:
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
Postgraduate marketing qualification (or working towards one) desirable.
