* Maintain and continuously improve existing training content to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates and technical documentation.
* Manage and optimise processes within the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting both internal and external stakeholders with engaging, accessible, and well structured learning journeys.
* Evaluate training effectiveness using data, analytics and feedback as well as implement continuous improvements to enhance learning impact and operational performance.
* Support the delivery and evolution of training across our three core pillars: Online, Instructor-led, and Blended Learning.
What You Bring
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
* 5+ years’ experience in instructional design, with demonstrable experience managing the end-to-end training lifecycle (analysis through evaluation).
* Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM, or other Systems Approach to Training) and adult learning and assessment principles, with the ability to apply these in technical environments.
* Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and task-based design, ensuring training solutions are aligned to job performance requirements.
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as:
o Articulate Storyline and Rise
o Adobe Creative Suite
o Video editing tools (e.g. Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro)
o Animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Motion)
* Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content deployment, learner management, and reporting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including highly technical SMEs.
* Excellent project and time management skills, with experience delivering high-quality outputs in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a performance-focused approach to learning design.
* A genuine passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement in training design, delivery, and effectiveness.
