Rugbytots is the world's favourite rugby play programme. Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.
We are currently looking for a fun loving, enthusiastic, highly motivated and energetic individual who is great with kids to join our team as an assistant coach on Sunday mornings in Barton on Sea. Experience of working with young children and a passion for sport are desirable. You will need to be at least 16yrs old, have a fun and outgoing personality who can engage young children, as well as a high level of commitment. We need someone who is able to work well with and provide suppot to the lead coach but is also proactive and can take the initiative during classes. We'll provide you with full on the job training and the right candidate will have the opportunity to progress to the position of lead coach if desired.

Requirements to be a Sports Coach at Rugbytots: -
* We carry out a DBS check for successful applicants, and also check personal references
* You must be a minimum of 16yrs old to be an assistant coach
* All applicants must have a valid work permit or visa to work in the UK
Responsibilities of a Sports Coach at Rugbytots: -
* You'll be responsible for helping 2 to 7 year old children make the most out of our fun and energetic classes
* You'll need to have lots of energy, be encouraging and not be afraid to have fun
* Children need consistency, so being reliable and showing up every week is essential
