As they continue to expand their reach, they are seeking a motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join their team and drive their affiliate program's growth.
Key Responsibilities of the Affiliate Manager:
* Affiliate Recruitment: Actively recruit new affiliates to expand the network of partners within the trading industry.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them maximize their earning potential.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance and key metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize affiliate productivity and revenue generation.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing their inquiries, managing payments, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on program developments and initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure affiliates adhere to program policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on affiliate performance, trends, and KPIs for internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for program enhancement.
Desired Skillset of the Affiliate Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
* Comfortable in a start up environment
* Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.

Salary £28,000 + £32,000 + bonus scheme & benefits
