The Role
Godminster is a luxury cheddar brand from the heart of Somerset. From our office in Bruton we send award-winning premium Somerset cheese all around the world, as well as great UK retailers like Waitrose, Harrods, Selfridges and Ocado.
We’re looking for a creative, digital-first marketer with an eye for design and a love of social media to join our Bruton-based head office.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside our Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s social media platforms and helping to tell the Godminster brand story. This is a hands-on, digitally minded role focusing on creating eye-catching video, photography and printed assets. No two days will be the same: one day you’ll be editing a new Reel for Instagram, the next day you might be creating a new presentation for our latest international retailer.

Main responsibilities include:
* Taking responsibility for Godminster’s social media channels and email newsletters, creating beautiful content that tells our brand story
* Maintaining the brand’s visual storytelling across both digital and print channels with a consistent, recognisable voice
* Filming and editing video footage and photography featuring the Godminster range
* Producing visual assets and copy for advertising campaigns
* Collaborate with the sales and technical team on artwork for international markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Creating brilliant branded decks for use in B2B pitches and seasonal planning
* Collaborating closely with the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing on campaign projects
* Occasionally represent Godminster at trade shows
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years in brand marketing
* Proven experience managing brand social media, including Meta Business Suite
* Strong video filming and editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In Design
* Experience with in Adobe After Effects
* Creative with an eye for great design
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Other desirable experience and skills:
* Paid media including Google Ads
* Woocommerce or other ecommerce platform (eg. Shopify)
* Mailchimp or other email marketing platform (eg. Klaviyo)
* Interest in food and drink
