Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support for pupils in Key Stage 2
* Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Support individual and small group learning
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for education and helping pupils succeed
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
