A day in the life of a PAT Tester at phs:
* Travel to customer sites to perform Portable Appliance Testing.
* Conduct tests on portable appliances at client premises.
* Complete and produce test results that meet client and accreditation standards daily.
* Represent phs Compliance, delivering excellent customer service and acting as the company's face.
* Ensure professional, safe, and timely service delivery, primarily during a 40-hour workweek, with occasional out-of-hours work depending on site and client needs.
The ideal candidate for a PAT Tester at phs will have:
* A full UK manual driving license held for at least 12 months (subject to insurance requirements), with no more than 6 points.
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours and on-site for 8 hours.
* C&G 2377 qualification preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
* The ability to perform manual work for extended periods.
* Adaptability to different environments and customers daily.
* Basic IT, numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
* A desire to develop a career in the electrical industry.
