Customer Service & Sales Adviser
Circa £25,500 - £27,500 Salary (dependant on experience)
Full Time position
Short Term Contract - 12 months maternity cover
Location: Haywards Heath
Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Haywards Heath Agency for 12 months maternity cover, with potential for career progression.
About the role:
You will ensure that our customers are always well cared for, show initiative and provide exceptional customer service whilst handling new policy sales and cover alterations.
You will maximise inbound sales opportunities through cross selling to existing clients as well as actively promoting our Financial and Risk Management Services.
Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities across all product lines is a vital part of this role.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated, driven & reliable candidate to join our thriving team.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and knowledge of MS Dynamics preferable but not essential.
Prepared to undertake extensive training in all our Insurance Products and Services.
Proven customer service skills preferably working in a regulated environment.
Above all, you will possess a positive 'can do' attitude and will seize the opportunity to be part of our hardworking, customer focussed team.
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
Industry qualifications beneficial.
