Senior Businesss Manager Romer Labs Runcorn, Cheshire Managing a team of 15 people, our Senior Business Manager will be responsible for running the Romer Labs UK entity, including product sales as well as lab services at two different sites. Commercially driven, with a strong interest and education in natural sciences, the main challenge will be to extend our customer basis, and constantly gain market share. The candidate will shape strategy, product & service offering, and be counterpart for our account managers, laboratory managers, and the back office team. Your key responsibilities - Closely align with the Senior Director EMEA & LATAM to allocate resources and make decisions regarding the organization's growth; oversee, monitor and evaluate the operational performance of two sales managers and 2 service laboratories. - Identify growth opportunities, manage key accounts, identify and develop sales/distribution channels and pricing in order to set actions according to changes in the market environment. - Ensure that the entity's operational and financial goals are achieved according to the approved budgeting plan. - Lead and coordinate the efforts of the team and ensure people development to prepare employees for future challenges and train them to be successful in the business. - Ensure the running of all business and administrative processes in order to meet all legal and corporate requirements including health and safety.
