What you will do:
 * Assess, diagnose, and manage children with speech, language, and communication needs across mainstream schools and clinics in Leeds.
 * Develop and implement therapy programmes tailored to individual needs, working closely with families and educational staff.
 * Provide training and support to teachers and parents to enhance children’s communication skills in educational and home settings.
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring excellent communication within the team and with external partners.
 * Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss and plan effective interventions and adjustments for each child.
Requirements:
 * Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
 * Car driver preferable, to efficiently cover various locations across Leeds
