The Role
Motonovo finance are looking for a Recoveries Advisor to manage their own portfolio of cases, working closely with car dealerships and Account Managers to recover outstanding debt and reduce financial risk.
Based in our vibrant Cardiff call centre (with hybrid flexibility), you'll be part of a supportive team with a friendly, people-first culture that mirrors how we treat our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of cases, providing professional and efficient service to maximise recoveries
Liaise with dealers and Account Managers to negotiate the repayment of outstanding debts
Maintain strong working relationships with field staff and stay aligned with regional account activities
Identify and raise concerns where conduct or debit patterns suggest recurring issues
Recommend appropriate next steps when internal collection efforts have been exhausted
