Permanent Roving Veterinary Surgeon - Cardiff, Wales

We are recruiting on behalf of a multiple site practice across the South West. They are recruiting for a Permanent Roving Veterinary Surgeon. The Vet would work across multiple sites including Cardiff, Penarth, Caerphilly and Merthyr Tydfil. This is a full time position and offers flexibility along with a exposure to a wide variety of cases.
The role is available as a 4 or 5 day week with a shared Saturday rota. There are no OOH.

The role
12. The role offers a varied caseload with a mixture of consultations and surgeries.
13. There will be some sole charge work involved at times.
14. The Vet will have the opportunity to work with certificate holding surgeons and have exposure to a wide variety of cases.
15. There will be no OOH work or on-call requirements, offering a great work-life balance.
16. You will provide clients with a high standard of customer care and service.
17. The position offers a flexible rota patterns to ensure a healthy work / life balance.

About you
28. They are looking for a vet who has a good level of experience both in medicine and surgery and someone who is comfortable with sole charge when required.
29. You will have excellent communications skills and client facing skills.
30. The Vet will be able to adapt easily into various practice set ups and teams.
31. You will have a positive attitude and show empathy to both clients and team members
32. You will encourage ongoing development of the team

Package
34. Salary: Up to £75, per annum, commensurate to experience
35. Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
