Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility. As a Records Manager, you will oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of the firm's records and archives. Daily responsibilities will include managing document and data systems, analyzing records to ensure compliance with industry standards, and supporting colleagues by providing records-related guidance. You will also play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of sensitive documents and assisting in the development of policies for recordkeeping and archives management.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management systems
* Strong Analytical Skills for organizing and interpreting data
* Effective Communication skills for collaboration and recordkeeping guidance
* Knowledge or experience in Archives management and best practices
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in records management
* Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Information Science, or a related field is preferred
