Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and book jobs into the system.
Liaise with clients and Production to agree schedules and updates.
Prepare labels and job instructions (EFI Pace).
Monitor live jobs and manage change requests.
Keep customers informed and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with artwork, print, and finishing teams for quality output.
Report issues, share insights, and support continuous improvement.
Help drive repeat business and support Sales post-order.Previous Experience
Strong communicator with persuasive, professional phone skills
Confident with data, IT systems, and Excel
Able to negotiate timelines and manage expectations
Resilient, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
