The Person
Roles available from Chef de Partie through to Head Chef level - to join our team you will need the following:
* Proof of Right to work in the UK.
* Minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen.
* Level 2 or above Food Safety / Health and Safety Certificates.
* Own Chef Whites, Kitchen Knives and Safety Shoes.
* Written References or Reference contact details covering the past 2 years.
* Own transport would be beneficial.
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one would be welcomed.
