The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
* Understanding food, health and safety standards, and managing financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
* Celebrating team success and recognizing individual needs
