Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Sunderland Council's Telehealth Service on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working up to 35 hours per week on a shift basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for customers and service users
*
Handle enquiries via telephone, face-to-face, email, web chat, letter, and social media
*
Provide accurate information and guidance on council and partner services
*
Resolve enquiries at first point of contact or triage and escalate complex cases where required
*
Build strong rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication
*
Act as an advocate for customers, working with internal and external partners to meet service standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working in a Customer Service/Call Handling setting
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
