The London EDITION is looking for a Turndown Assistant to join our team!

You’ll be working with a team that ensures all areas of the hotel are cleaned and looked after, including bedrooms, public areas, changing rooms and back of house areas.
As a Turndown Attendant you will:
1. Work part-time, during the evening
2. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
3. Make beds and fold sheets
4. Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
5. Greet guests and take care of requests
6. Straight desk items, furniture and appliances
7. Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
8. Vacuum carpets and floor care duties

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanour, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
