As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team in Wigan. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising sales processes, ensuring efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
Role Overview
As Full-Time Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing sales operations, implementing structured frameworks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You will manage sales enablement initiatives, CRM optimisation and performance tracking to drive strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Sales Process Optimisation: Streamline workflows for efficiency and transparency.
* CRM & Data Management: Capture and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, customer information and other relevant data in the CRM System.
* Verify – All quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and create anomaly reports. Check and capture missing data for customer credit checks at the outset.
* Sales Forecasting – Ensure all data captured in the estimator is accurately converted to opportunities in the CRM to maximize the pipeline.
* Revenue Tracking – Generate sales reports and analysis as needed to support the sales and management team in decision making.
* Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with the sales, operations and finance teams to ensure cradle-to-grave tracking, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking through HubSpot and Salesforce.
* Administration – Provide and support the sales team with general administrative assistance as required.
* Operational Excellence – Develop structured frameworks to support sales performance, organisational growth and security.
* Customer Service – provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external enquires, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
* Detail oriented with outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proven experience in sales operations or revenue management, preferably in SaaS or telephony solutions.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot, including CRM data security and workflow integration.
* Ability to implement structured frameworks for transparency and efficiency.
* Collaborative style with a data-driven approach.
* Knowledge of hospitality sector sales and industry trends preferred.
* Experience integrating HubSpot-Salesforce workflows for marketing and sales alignment preferred.
