With support from the Process Manager, you will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, driving productivity and high standards to achieve and exceed operational targets. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Supervising Warehouse Operatives and managing daily operations within your zone. 2. Monitoring throughput, parcel presentation, and productivity against KPIs. 3. Supporting the Process Manager with quality control and performance measurements.
