Marketing Manager We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead a portfolio of coffee brands across retail, ecommerce, and foodservice. The role: Own and grow a diverse portfolio of coffee brands across consumer and B2B channels Shape and deliver annual brand plans, campaigns, and comms across paid, earned & owned media Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across packaging, digital, in-store, and events Drive performance with smart planning, clear insights, and strong commercial collaboration Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-impact work Manage the innovation pipeline, from idea to shelf Lead and mentor Experience: Brand marketing experience in FMCG, drinks, or food Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and B2B marketing Confident managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams Creative thinker with sharp commercial instincts Line management experience and a proactive, hands-on approach
