Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably within the security services industry.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
