Description
To manage the recruitment, on/off boarding, and mobilisation of resources within the project.
This post will also be responsible for administrating the TQ process and act as the conduit between SPoC in the MoD, DRDL and RRDL teams. They will be helping in the implementation and use of various project processes on the project, as required.
Results are primarily achieved through following process and adhering to the gate process when bringing people onto the project. They use formal processes and tools to manage resources, capture budgets, and changes.
Responsibilities

• Oversee resource lifecycle
• Coordinate interfaces between teams and external DP's
• Responsible for ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of resources.
• Maintain and act on a live register of Technical Queries and Request for Information.
• Ensure assumptions / change process' are adhered to
• Expected to manage themselves and the process' they are adhering to.
• Responsible for assisting the hiring managers through the recruitment process.
• Manage the closure of action trackers items
• Takes timely action on important or difficult issues.

Key Accountabilities
• Accountable for managing CDF's resources and roles.
• Accountable for ensuring all stakeholders are bought into those who are being onboarded.
• Accountable for managing TQ's through their lifecycle ensuring assumptions, risk and changes have been captured through the risk team.
• Ensures effective coordination between functional leads and external Delivery Partners.
• Ensure Vault (CDE) is being utilised to the best of its abilities and the teams are following workflows and engaging appropriately with Document Control.

Qualifications

• Relatable industry Qualification
Required Experience:
• Project lifecycle experience
• Application of core project management techniques
• Recent and relevant experience in a similar environment
• Awareness of governance processes
• Demonstrative involvement in Project Management
• Awareness of the need for compliance with SHE management systems.
• Demonstrate strong approach to SHE, setting high standards.
• Awareness of project lifecycles and their content and linkage
• Appreciation of the link between resourcing, time and cost
• Ability to understand and formulate Technical Query requests and seek appropriate responses
