The Role
As an IT Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s technology needs. Responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring and responding to IT helpdesk queries promptly.
2. Assisting with IT inductions and training for new team members.
3. Managing and updating IT equipment, software, and tools.
4. Liaising with third-party suppliers and ensuring seamless communication.
5. Identifying and implementing system improvements.
6. Supporting offices across the region with occasional travel.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
