Group Exercise Supervisor – BLAZE
David Lloyd Leisure is the leading premium health and wellness group across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
* Manage MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S compliance checks.
* Deliver BLAZE group exercise classes and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
* Collaborate with club operations to maintain a safe and engaging training environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification.
* At least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self‑driven, positive outlook with a passion for customer service and fitness.
