Multi-Skilled Engineer – 4on 4off Rotating
A major UK manufacturing powerhouse is continuing to invest heavily into its biggest operation and is now looking to strengthen its engineering team with experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers.

What You'll Be Doing
* Reactive and planned maintenance across a modern production facility
* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
* Working on conveyors, packaging machinery, automation and process equipment
* Supporting continuous improvement projects and driving engineering standards
* Reducing downtime and improving overall equipment reliability
* Collaborating closely with operations to improve plant performance

What We're Looking For
* Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, production or automated environments
* Strong fault-finding ability
* Electrical competence with mechanical understanding
* Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for engineering
