You will take full ownership of the principal’s personal operations, ensuring the smooth running of every aspect of their life. The role requires consistent presence at the private residence 5 days a week with no remote or hybrid working. Responsibilities: • Full management of a complex, fast-paced international diary • Coordinating multi-leg global travel, logistics, and itineraries • Oversight of multiple high-value private residences across the UK and Europe • Managing domestic staff and coordinating third-party service providers • Organising private events, dinners, and high-level social functions • Liaising directly with lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and other VIP contacts • Handling confidential documentation, personal banking, and expenses • Providing 24/7 availability when required and responding to last-minute changes • Accompanying the principal on international trips when necessary Ideal Candidate: • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Private PA / EA • Proven background supporting a celebrity, UHNW individual, or high-profile VIP • Exceptional discretion, loyalty, and professionalism • Strong experience managing luxury homes and domestic teams • Excellent understanding of private, corporate, and household protocol • Highly organised, resilient, and composed under pressure • Fully flexible, with the ability to work irregular hours and travel at short notice Please email us your CV today.
