Business Analyst
* Location: Newcastle, you must be based in the North East
* Salary: £47,000
* Job Type: Full-time, hybrid working, 4 day week
Day-to-day of the role:
* Engage in core Business Analyst activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessments.
* Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
* Work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver new products in parallel with another team, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
* Utilise Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to manage projects and tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate expertise in core BA activities.
* Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a preference for experience in Kanban.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building rapport, influencing decisions, and driving consensus.
* Exceptional communication skills, essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
* A natural problem-solver and critical thinker, ideally with experience in a digital-first, tech-focused environment.
