Life on the team We are now looking for a Business Change Manager on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months. So, who are we? Technology Sourcing Innovation (TSI) continually refines and develops Group Technology Sourcing (GTS)s global process and system vision and executes transformation programmes. TSI serves as a driving force to deliver real, implemented, change to the business and to measure and track qualitative and quantitative benefits. TSI provides leadership regarding the pursuit of process standardisation across the group and the continual refinement and optimisation of GTSs operating model to adapt to business needs. Working as the Business Change Manager you will define and delivery the detailed system, process and change requirements to ensure the Technology Sourcing team (GTS) can successfully operate the required outcomes for the Modern Workplace Programme in an efficient and effective manner. What youll do Validate and update of the process documentation. Validate and update of the operating activities and responsibilities by role. Co-ordinate GTS resources for the successful completion of system implementation Create the operating instructions and supporting documents for the flow of activities into, through and out from GTS. Create training and communication for impacted GTS teams. Create training and communication for the customer and managed service teams for successful engagement into GTS. Create the run book for business take on and transition. Be the GTS single point of contact for the functional / process queries on MWP. Be a point of authority for supporting new business take ons and in life queries regarding the GTS responsibilities for the Deal Lifecycle Management service. Work with the GTS contract managers to understand the in-life challenges and review against the agreed operating approach. Define a change control approach for any functional, system or process changes for the Deal Lifecycle Management service. What youll need Proven experience in successful project and change management. Demonstrated experience with successful delivery of process standardisation, business blueprint development and adoption. Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interest. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability of success in delivering projects on time and on budget. Good understanding of the impact that processes have on overall business objectives. Competent in delivering presentations to internal management, sales teams, and customers. Demonstrates expert ability to influence the organisation and stakeholders. Prince2 practitioner qualified or equivalent.
